Kristin Van Heukelom Team Leader
Kristin is a full-time, award winning real estate business Owner with a focus on digital marketing, and masterful negotiation. She is a Community Market Leader with a passion for showcasing extraordinary communities in Southwest Florida.
Kristin has a background in Neuro Rehabilitation where she earned her certification as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. Spending years fiercely advocating for her patients has transferred seamlessly to the customers she now serves.
Kristin has lived in 6 different States; Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Arizona, Nevada, and now Florida. She takes pride in her work ethic, contract knowledge, unique collaborative approach to real estate marketing, and thirst for growth both personally and professionally.

Jonathan Van Heukelom Team Leader
Jonathan brings over 18 years of construction experience to the Team. He has been a leader in construction and design on over half of a billion dollars of International real estate ranging from Single Family Custom Homes to New Construction High Rise Developments.
Having built relationships with internationally recognized design and construction groups, his work ethic and attention to detail pleases the most discerning customer.
Jonathan loves connecting with his clients on and off the job, he says “I learned as a young man to invest in people, not paper”. When he’s not working in the industry, you can find him spending time in the sun at the beach or golf course, hunting for rare Bourbon, and exploring Florida
